Shipping Details

1.1 We provide door-to-door delivery services for customers whose consumption meets certain conditions.

1.2 Currently our delivery scope is Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission and Abbotsford.

2.1 We provide free door-to-door delivery to customers who live in Vancouver, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley and spend more than $100.

2.2 We provide free home delivery to customers who live in UBC, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Mission and Abbotsford with a purchase of $150 or more.

2.3 For customers who do not meet the standard of free home delivery but still have delivery needs, we will charge a delivery fee of $20 per order. 2.4 For customers whose consumption does not reach the delivery limit or exceeds the delivery scope, we will try our best to select a location for you to pick up the goods according to your address.

2.5 For friends in non-Vancouver area, we will provide you with a home delivery service after an additional fee.

3.1 Under normal circumstances, we will contact the customer to confirm the order and arrange delivery or pickup within two weeks after receiving the customer’s order.

3.2 Under special circumstances, we will cancel or delay the delivery of the products with questionable quality in the customer’s order without prior notice. We will inform the customer of the cancelled or delayed products when confirming the order with the customer.
